    OVERVIEW:


    At Sportradar we’ve experienced a wonderful period of sustained hypergrowth through a highly focused strategy based upon industry leading product innovation. To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for an Agile Coach to join our engineering team.
    Reporting to the Engineering Programme Director, this role will be responsible for Agile Coaching across several squads within the Live Data tribe. This role sits within the Delivery and Evolution practice which has been set up to continuously improve business agility by equipping the organization with insight and frameworks to support collaboration, alignment, fast decision-making and learning. A key focus will be supporting the coordination of complex outcomes across teams and functional groups, whilst ensuring that key stakeholders have visibility of the progress and impediments requiring focus and support. In a growing organization the need for business agility is increasing every day, something we would like your help to handle. As an Agile Coach your goal is to focus on improvements in the area of lean/agile not only for the teams but the organization as well.

    YOUR PROFILE:


    You are a people person who truly values collaboration. It’s essential that you are a self-driven servant leader that proactively plans work in order to reach long term business outcomes. Agile principles and values are deeply embedded into your core, enabling you to stay focused in a work environment that’s always evolving.

    • Previous experience leading agile teams.
    • A strong interest in both people and technology.
    • Bachelor’s degree within computer science or leadership is a benefit.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
    • Agile certifications are a plus.
    • Tools: Jira / Confluence.
    • Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban.
    • Experience with Flight Level coordination is a plus.
