Senior Fullstack .Net Developer

We operate a flexible, remote-first work model with approximately 80-90% remote work. We ask you to pop into the Gdańsk office once a month, and every two months we gather the whole team for technical sync-ups (great for brainstorming and catching up face-to-face!). The role also necessitates ad-hoc availability for on-site attendance, primarily for the purpose of laboratory equipment configuration and maintenance. This approach balances autonomy with the collaborative touchpoints essential for high-performing technical teams.

We’re now looking for Fullstack .Net Developer with Android experience to strengthen our product team and help shape the future of digital hospitality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You’ll help build a modern hotel digital experience used by guests worldwide: covering check-in/out flows, guest portals, self-service kiosks, and next-generation TV solutions, delivered across web, mobile, and dedicated hardware.

You’ll work hands-on across the stack:

• Build .NET (C#) backend services (APIs, business logic, integrations)

• Deliver solutions running on browsers, mobile devices, and kiosks

• Automate deployments with Ansible

• Write unit, integration, and functional tests

• Collaborate in planning, demos, and retrospectives

PROJECTS

Mobile Key Lock

A Kotlin-based Android app enabling guests to unlock rooms via BLE and NFC. You’ll build .NET backend services for secure key provisioning, Guest Portal integration, and digital key lifecycle management - powering a fully contactless experience.

Speeron NEXT Interactive TV

An Android in-room TV platform running on set-top boxes. You’ll work on .NET backend and integrations for interactive TV, PMS-connected services, guest apps, mobile-to-TV control, and digital signage - all on one hardware platform.

REQUIRED COMPETENCE

• C#

• Experience working with WebSockets and RESTful backend integrations 

• Experience with Android and Jetpack components

• “Clean Code”, ”Code Craftmanship” and “SOLID”

• At least 5 years related experience

• Ability to take ownership and drive work independently 

• Good English (B2 / C1)

NICE-TO-HAVE COMPETENCE

• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap

• Angular or React, TypeScript

• Experience with Google Play publishing & updating processes 

• Experience working with BLE and/or NFC 

• Experience working with Raspberry Pi
