We're looking for a Product Solution Architect for our Client, who is one of the best companies on the market when it comes to global delivery of messages. Their carrier-grade platform and messaging solutions make communication easier and are used by corporate clients, mobile operators and international aggregators. Our Client is an Associated Member of the GSMA and provides tools and products as SMS, Numbers and Viber.
The job is located in Vienna in Austria. you can work remotely (with frequent office visits) or relocate.
You will become a part of the messaging department that creates SMS solutions for business clients and partners (for example from wholesale and banking). It's a young team which consists of 15 people. You will make an impact by growing and broadening the services - your job will be to help in building the department's own message platform from scratch and give advice on used technologies (and ones that will be needed in the future) and marketing strategies.
Your tasks will include:
- Understanding the market and future needs of messaging
- Creating and building cutting-edge messaging products and APIs
- Providing customer use-cases
- Overseeing all phases of development
- Organizing the work of software development and solution management teams
- Defining the requirements and business cases
- Cooperating with and reporting to Managing Director
We'd love you to have:
- Experience in creating a platform for communication products
- Experience with managing Communications Platform as a Service, Software as a Service, B2B high growth product
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner, requirements engineer, Scrum master, software architect or project manager
- Knowledge of messaging systems and communication services
- Understanding of software architecture, design and development, system requirements and APIs
- Knowledge of the messaging market
- Knowledge of a programming language, which will allow for easier communication with developers
- Fluent level of English, knowledge of German will be an advantage
