Soopa is a growing online grocery marketplace, operating from 2 offices (Kraków Poland, and Dubai UAE). We connect our users with over 30+ big & small stores all around the UAE.
We are looking for
We are looking for an Office Manager who will have the opportunity to take over all administrative tasks within Soopa team. You will be responsible for day-to-day office operations in Poland, help with legal, HR and accounting tasks for Polish and UAE entities. The challenge is big and so is the impact you’ll have.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising administrative and office works
- Supply management, servicing equipment
- Keeping documentation in order
- Preparing documents such as Agreements and Contracts for employees and 3rd parties
- Scheduling calls/meetings
- Helping to manage digital company tools (Gmail/Slack)
- Coordination of correspondence
- Delivering financial/HR related documents to 3rd parties
- Coordinating the process of applications/agreements/documents for approval and signature
- Coordinating any appearing installations/repairing
- Preparing employment related documentation monthly
- Budgeting, and controlling the costs of operating
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Get–it–done attitude that allows you to take on any challenge
- Experience in Administrative/office management role
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Docs
- Decision–making skills
- Good priority management
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish
