Assignment 

You will be working on our Strategic Customership where we work in close co-operation with the customer. Good communication skills and flexibility are highly evaluated. You will work directly with customer project managers being the face of Solteq in daily work. 

You are part of a team of developers locally in Wroclaw and you will be in daily communication with the Finnish developers forming a multinational development team. The essential team working skills are: understanding team member roles, take responsibility for your tasks, do not isolate yourself when solving problems, but proactively ask for help in and help others. 

You will start with small frontend jobs and when learning more about the architecture you will slowly start doing backend stuff and Incrementally you will master an enterprise level web commerce system IBM WebSphere Commerce which you are developing to meet customer needs. WebSphere is developed in Java, but a big part of the task is to understand how platform needs to be amended by configuration changes and extensions, thus being capable to learn the WebSphere framework, how the solution is structured, is vital in this role.

Experienced developer with solid understanding and working knowledge of Java. Keen to learn other tools and technologies.
