    Job description

    We're looking for a Java Developer who will be responsible for the development of a robust, scalable, user-driven, open-source electronic medical record system platform currently used to manage more than 12.6 million patients at over 5,500 health facilities in 40 countries. You will join an international, experienced team working hard to solve some of the most urgent issues affecting millions of people from multiple countries.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer
    • Knowledge of Spring Framework and Hibernate is mandatory
    • Experience with Docker, cloud computing (AWS), React and IVR is an advantage
    • Ability to use correct design patterns in both frontend and backend of the app
    • Good English skills (level B2 or higher) are a must - you will communicate with the client in your daily work

    Responsibilities:

    • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
    • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
    • Recommend and execute improvements
    • Design robust, scalable and secure features
    • Ensure designs are in compliance with the specification
    • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
    • Prepare and produce releases of software components
    • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
