• Ability to lead and manage the ServiceNow transformation and transition for large scale international implementation
• Use techniques like Service Maturity Assessment and requirements gathering to quickly capture or understand the ServiceNow requirement
• Able to articulate the objective and business benefits with clients, during transition and transformation phases
• Be a technical architect for all ServiceNow related solutions, including understanding and documenting the full ServiceNow architecture solution
• Lead ServiceNow workshops and work streams as needed and work either on your own or within a larger program team
• Be the primary point of contact for overall ServiceNow architecture and functionality; have a full understanding of how integrations, database and all other ServiceNow applications are related and dependency impacts of any changes or updates

 Requirements:

• Solid experience in architecture, building, and supporting complex implementations in a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environment
• Working knowledge of Service Integration and ServiceNow projects implementation in a large client setting
• Design and development experience of core service management processes and reporting, aligned to the ServiceNow IT service management tool suite
• Certified in ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations (Expert preferred) and strong foundation in ITSM core processes
• Ability to provide leadership and guidance to best practice architectural standards

Specific Engagement Requirements:

• Senior ServiceNow Architect that can architect a “Federated ITSM” solution, integrated with Integration Hub (OneIO/ServiceFlow). Integration will be with multiple platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
• Must have Service Integration experience and ability to architect a seamless end2end architecture that incorporates key SI process integration across multiple suppliers
• Must be expert at working with customer and other suppliers. Must have ability to quickly establish credibility on domain knowledge and guide/influence customer and other suppliers to “collaboratively” architect solution.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to take on in-flight project
• MS Project expert
• Ability to translate technical requirements to development staff and oversee development staff to implement correct solution
