Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administration of centralized Firewall, VPN (site-to-site, client-to-site), Intrusion Detection Systems / Intrusion Prevention Systems, Mail Gateway, Mail Encryption Gateway (TLS, PGP, S/MIME), Proxy / Reverse Proxy Gateways, RSA Authentication Server
- Management of the existing Infrastructure within the Networks and Datacenters Teams
- Handling of hardware errors with suppliers
- Working on tickets based on ITIL (Change, Problem, Incident, SR)
- 2nd level on-call duty support in non-office hours
- Working on IT-Projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Good Knowledge of Enterprise administration tools like Checkpoint, Bluecoat X-Series, Mcafee web gateway
- Basic Knowledge of architecture, protocols and systems within above mentioned environments
- Knowledge of DNS, Linux OS, Windows OS and VMware ESX(i)
- Capable of technical analysis (RCA)
- Basic Knowledge of ITIL
- Capable of training team members
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Good spoken and written English
- Independent, responsible and proactive working methods
- Demonstrated good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- 2 years relevant working experience
