Currently we are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who will provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights, and support our development efforts by building up a picture of our target users based on their needs, wants, motivations, and pain-points.
Responsibilities
- Planning user research to gain an understanding of users’ needs and actions based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Creating personas, target groups and doing desk research
- Creating reports and other documentation that can support our Product Management and Development teams in the development of new functionalities for our products
- Sharing best practices and knowledge regarding UX research with the rest of the team
Get in touch with us, if you have
- 4+ years of experience conducting UX research by combining different methods:
- Ability to:
- create reports with clear recommendations
- collect and interpret user feedback
- Willingness to learn constantly
- Understanding how to use qualitative and quantitative data
- Very good Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken
- And if you’re a team player with excellent communication skills, not afraid to present your ideas and discuss them in a broader group
