As Scrum Master you’ll be responsible for:
- Teaching our teams to understand and implement Scrum practices and Agile values
- Supporting self-organization and motivating our teams to self-improvement
- Facilitating meetings and decision-making processes
- Eliminating team impediments
- Adjusting the work of teams to Scrum scaling frameworks and tools
This is what we are looking for:
- Extensive working knowledge of Agile values, frameworks and techniques
- 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong communication, presentation and mentoring skills
- Focus on self-development, experimenting and spreading knowledge
- Hands-on attitude, good energy and teamwork attitude
- Intermediate English language proficiency
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of:
- software development process
- Scrum scaling frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, S@S, etc.)
- JIRA and Trello tools

Team:
- Our Engineering Team includes over 50 Backend and Frontend Developers, over 30 QA’s and 12 DevOps Engineers. We work effectively in Scrum teams. Each team also works with a dedicated Product Owner, UX and UI Designers and Scrum Master
- Our Business Team includes over 30 specialists: Marketing, Sales and Product Support teams
Flexible working hours: You can choose your own working hours. In general, we work from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 8 pm. You can adjust your day plan to work efficiently within these time frames.
Location: You can work either remotely or from our modern office in Warsaw.
