We are looking for an IT Analyst / Product Owner with a hands-on, pro-active attitude, and experience in working in the IT industry, to join our Business Analysis Team. Help us shape our innovative products, and have a real impact on the development of the company’s business!
As an IT Analyst / Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for
- Creating functional specifications for the development team
- Decomposing requirements for functional changes
- Maintaining and updating the development team’s backlog
- Working with the UX/UI Designers to create user interfaces
- Cooperation with clients/partners in creating new functionalities
This is what we are looking for
- Knowledge of requirements analysis (specification in an agile software production model, its objectives and recipients, techniques for gathering requirements, specification structure, and so on)
- Knowledge of project management or project portfolio management
- Native or near-native Polish language proficiency and at least B2 English language proficiency
- Working experience in the IT industry (at least one year)
- Ability to describe user stories in a clear and comprehensible way
- Willingness and determination to learn constantly
- Team player attitude and excellent communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Jira
- Experience in managing development team’s backlog
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies (especially Scrum, SAFe®, LeSS)
- Knowledge of project or portfolio management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBoK, MoP, etc.)

Team:
- Our Product Management team includes 2 Product Managers and 5 Product Owners
- Our Engineering Team includes over 50 Backend and Frontend Developers, over 30 QA’s and 12 DevOps Engineers. We work effectively in Scrum teams. Each team also works with a dedicated Product Owner, UX and UI Designers and Scrum Master
- Our Business Team includes over 30 specialists: Marketing, Sales and Product Support teams
Flexible working hours: You can choose your own working hours. In general, we work from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 8 pm. You can adjust your day plan to work efficiently within these time frames.
