💡 The role:

• As a Senior Azure Consultant, we will expect you to be leading the implementation of delivery in small, mid, and large multi-national engagements within and across countries.
• Be engaged with the execution of highly complex consulting services based on best practices.
• Proposing problem-solving activities and approaches for dynamic customer challenges within engagements.
• Conducting remote workshops with customers including:
• Cloud Fundamentals Workshops for Azure
• Cloud Management Workshops for Azure
• Design sessions to create customer-specific Governance and Infrastructure Design
• Implementing Cloud Resources in Azure including:
• Azure Fundamentals (Enrollment, Subscription, Management Group, RBAC, Tagging, Azure Policy, IaC)
• Azure Compute (VMs, Scale Sets, Cloud Services - Worker/Web)
• Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Disk)
• Azure Networking (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN)
• Azure Security (Firewalls, Azure Security Center, WAF, IDS, IPS, NSG)
• Design for high availability and establish disaster recovery capabilities.
• Azure Data Platform
• Monitor, measure, report, analyse and systematically improve system performance and uptime.
• Conducting Azure Cloud Migrations and Facilitating cloud migration preparations.
• Conduct Assessments and Report Creation and Coordinating cloud migration (application owners, vendor support, customer infrastructure support, etc.)
• Knowledge of Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery
• Conduct cutovers and document deliverables
• Facilitate testing, handover, rollbacks/rescheduling if required and Migration Status reporting.
• Strong knowledge and exposure working across various services and components in Azure.
• Knowledge of Cloud Architectures - IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, Docker.
• Datacenter Infrastructure Administration
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Lead customers in a remote meeting and communicate clearly & tactfully, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
• Willingness to mentor, teach, and share knowledge with team members and other operational teams.
• 5+ years of experience in the same field
• certifications:
• AZ-103/104.
• AZ 303/304/305, DP-203, or AZ-500 would be an advantage.

• Azure Identity (Authentication & Authorization)
• Azure Compute (VMs, ScaleSets, Cloud Services - Worker/Web)
• Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Disk)
• Azure Networking (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN)
• Azure Security (Firewalls, Azure Security Center, WAF, IDS, IPS, NSG)
• Azure Data and Analytics Services (Azure Database, Azure Managed Instance, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, MSSQL on Azure VM ...)
• Azure SQL Migration
• Authoring Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates
• Experience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle will be advantageous.
• Language skills – Polish & English at a good spoken level. If having Ukranian language skills it would be a gret advanatage as well.
