About Project:

We are working on innovative cloud-based event driven scalable platform that lays over Enterprise's system in any selected industry. The platform is going to collect and process data from different internal and external data providers to enable a system of intelligence and provide recommendations to improve business processes. Outstanding flexibility is one of the targets which allows to use dynamic interfaces that we know today and ones that will come in the future.

The system is going to represent a next generation of customer personalization which is hyper-personalized experiences that help a business grow. Architecture is based on several deep machine learning solutions which are supported by modern technology stack (Java 8+, Kubernetes, AWS, Big data, React and many others).

Responsibilities:

Build and manage a team of Java Software Developers
Shape and tune development process
Analyze user and system requirements
Prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
Write efficient code based on feature specifications
Developing software products based on AWS solutions
Build a trusted environment with Client and their business partners

Requirement:

At least 4+ years of Java development experience
Previous leadership experience will be a plus
Good understanding of engineering process planning techniques, approaches to calculate velocity of Agile projects
Proficient knowledge of Object Oriented Design principles and architecture qualities
Advanced knowledge of major web frameworks and core J2EE patterns
Fluency in English
