Softjourn is looking for a Project Manager!
Softjourn, a fast-growing international service providing company, ranked as one of the World’s Best Service Providers according to IAOP, is looking for a Project Manager to join the team.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of Project Management in IT
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to lead 3 or 4 projects at the same time
- Ability for multitasking
- High level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines
- Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent soft skills
- Fluent English communication
Nice to have:
- Deep understanding of Change and Risk management
- Solid technical background
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and of high quality
- Overall project activities: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, closure
- Communication with clients
- Forming teams and ensuring teamwork
- Management of budgets and costs
- Proper Stakeholders management
- On-time monitoring of task fulfillment and reporting to management and customers
- Contributing to projects life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project archives, etc.
- Participation in Estimation and Solution Creation
