About the Project:
Online expense reporting and invoice management service that provides complete process automation and cost controls around an organization's accounts payable operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to write basic-intermediate SQL queries;
- Understanding of relational database structure;
- Basic Linux command line experience;
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients;
- Great interpersonal skills to be able to work with clients and multiple departments;
- Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving and critical thinking;
- Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving and critical thinking;
- At least intermediate level of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- speak professional-level German.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support on troubleshooting technical issues - 60%;
- Master product knowledge of project’s customer-facing applications - 40%.
