IT Application Support
The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
· Resolving incidents, requests and problems.
· Analyzing the problem and co-ordinating with other teams to fix the issue
· Owning the issue and driving till closure
· Supporting the production environment, accessing upstream and downstream applications
· Striving for continuous process improvement in close cooperation with the Feature teams in Paris and Bangalore
· Creating and maintaining required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing processes
· Keeping process and documentation up to date.
We expect from the candidates:
· At least 3 years of experience in a position related to IT Application Support
· Proficiency in English, French will be a plus
· High analytical skills
· High interpersonal and communication skills
· Understanding of Support methodologies
· Proficient knowledge of ITIL Availability Management, Service Continuity Management,Problem management and Change management
· A flexible attitude and adaptable approach
· Able to work autonomously and use initiative where appropriate
· Organised and able to prioritise work appropriately
