What do we work with:

we provide hosting and support for e-commerce web applications Magento & Magento 2
Debian/Ubuntu Linux (mostly)
our basic webstack consists of NGINX, PHP-FPM, MySQL, Redis, Varnish & Solr

What you’ll be doing:

installation, configuration and management of servers and services
analysis, support, solving problems and resolving incidents with Magento & Magento 2
development of systems and support of developer teams and project managers
user support with services configuration on company equipment (MacOS)
environments monitoring
providing high availability of production systems
preparing systems of automatic backups

Requirements:

solid analytical thinking and nerves of steel
know english language on conversational level (reading documentation, communication)
professional attitude to assigned tasks, use super powers responsibly
experience in Linux administration (with emphasis on Debian/Ubuntu)
installation and configuration (primarily):
- NGINX
- PHP-FPM (5.5, 7.0)
- MySQL
- Redis
- Varnish
- Postfix
- Solr (v5)
configuration optimization for high web traffic
writing bash scripts
Git and SQL practical knowledge
the ability to prepare complete and easy-to-understand documentation
