We are a software house with roots in open source, working with clients primarily in the commerce industry but with strong ties to the start-up community. For years, we have been cooperating with leading commerce brands, working on both online and offline experiences, developing online stores, mobile applications, software for kiosk tablets in showrooms or humanoid robots and other IoT solutions.

The solution you'll be working on allows for implementation of a recommendation system for e-commerce websites. The services we've created are responsible for collecting and processing user behavior data, synchronizing product data, training the Machine Learning recommendation model and making recommendations, as well as store management and analytics which allows our clients to run their stores more effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Developing Django applications
  • Planning and implementing supporting services
  • Deploying and monitoring created solutions

APPLY IF YOU CAN BOAST ABOUT YOUR:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience with Python and Django
  • Experience working with AWS / Google Cloud
  • Experience with Nginx, Gunicorn and maintaining deployed applications
  • Clear, self-explanatory code
  • Passion for learning new things
  • Good communication skills (both in Polish and English)

AND IN ADDITION HAVE:

  • Experience using Vue.js, webpack
  • Knowledge of Kafka Streams, Avro, data processing
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, Redis, Grafana
  • Familiarity with Git and GitLab CI/CD
  • Basic knowledge of Machine Learning
