We are a software house, working with clients primarily in the commerce industry, but with strong ties to the start-up community. We cooperate with leading commerce brands, working on both online and offline experiences, developing online stores, mobile applications, software for kiosk tablets in showrooms or humanoid robots and other IoT solutions.

Being a Project Manager at SNOW.DOG means much more, than focusing on pure tasks, budget and timeline management. Our PMs are the first to guide our customers and turn their ideas into specifications, and the last to approve our implementations. We encourage our PMs to be close to the whole process of the project, so they need to be familiar with UX research, design creation, a11y, commerce trends, coding process, APIs integrations, QA, SEO, repos maintenance, deployments, documentations, security, servers maintenance and so on. 

If you can tell the difference between Kanban and Gantt, Github and Git, release and deployment, CRM and PIM, SSL and SSH, Java and JavaScript - you're looking at the right job offer!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Directly communicating with our clients on a daily basis
  • Taking responsibility for project scheduling and delivery
  • Managing the project team

APPLY IF YOU CAN BOAST ABOUT YOUR:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management
  • Decent knowledge of usability and accessibility
  • High motivation to learn new things 
  • Strong communication skills and fluency both in Polish and English
  • Knowledge of teamwork software & technologies (Git, Redmine)
  • Ability to self-manage during projects, pick priorities, identify issues and raise concerns or ideas to the team
  • Proactive approach, critical thinking and great decision-making skills

AND IN ADDITION HAVE:

  • Magento / Magento 2 Solution Specialist certificate
  • Experience in e-commerce projects (e.g. Magento)
  • Experience in mobile application projects
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Sketch
