We bring innovation and share a huge part of our work as open source - even core Magento developers are using some of our tools. When we don't like a solution, we try to improve it and share with others, so the whole community can grow and work better.

When working with Adobe Commerce at SNOW.DOG you will have a chance to tackle the biggest challenges in the commerce world and play with the latest technologies (not only related to Magento architecture, but also other languages if you'd like). Curious if Adobe Commerce can handle 100 000 orders a day? With us you will know how to do it!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Motivation to learn new things
  • Strong communication skills & knowledge of teamwork software & technologies (GIT, Redmine)
  • Ability to self-manage during projects and actively raise issues / concerns or ideas to the team
  • English and Polish skills at B2+ level

EVEN BETTER, IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Experience with various PHP frameworks
  • Experience with scaling high load systems
  • Experience with other database systems

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Fully flexible working time - the only limit is common sense
  • Possibility of remote work - without additional explanations
  • Paid days off
  • 2 hours for self-development every week; if you see the need for more time, we can arrange that as well
  • A friendly and relaxed atmosphere, where people are always happy to help
  • Small teams with their own range of activities
  • Work on Open Source projects
  • Macbook + monitor(s)
  • Medical care and sports card
  • In-house English lessons with a native speaker
  • Budget for self-development
  • Numerous integrations, meetings, sports competitions
  • Chillout room with a driving simulator, console, table football, darts (or weekly online SnowCoffee if the world is currently busy fighting a pandemic)

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU CLICK "APPLY":

  • We'll review your CV and will let you know whether it's a good match - usually this takes up to 2 working days
  • You'll receive a coding task designed to test your hands-on skills - we know everyone's busy, so we'll give you 10 days to complete it without a rush
  • Whether you qualify for next steps or not, we'll share detailed feedback for your coding task with you
  • If you do a good job with the task, we'll invite you for a 1,5h interview divided into 2 parts: soft skills and tech knowledge
  • Finally, we'll introduce you to our CEO Kuba for the last quick interview and - hopefully - will welcome you onboard soon!
