We welcome Software Development Manager who is not afraid to get hands dirty while creating intuitive solutions that inspire and serve a real purpose, to apply for this role.
You will gain a new experience by:
- Leading the delivery development teams towards projects implementation according to content, schedule, budget and quality agreed on with the customer
- Meeting timelines and motivate the team to meet the project deadlines
- Managing full project life cycle as well as customer’s support on daily basis
- Reporting implementation progress, meeting budgetary targets, quality products
Software Development Manager
Location: Katowice, Poland
You are The One, if:
- You have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in a development team, of which at least 3 years specific experience in managing development group
- You are skilled in JavaEE and OO technology
- You can show off an experience with management of development life cycle and development methodologies
- You have strong analytical skills
- English is a language that you use on a daily basis (all work will be conducted in English)
- You are fine with extensive travelling
You will score extra points, if:
- You have an experience in customer facing position
- Working in a Matrix management environment is your bread and butter
- You earned PMP Certification
