Role description

Overall 5+ years of experience in the Integration domain, with a minimum 2 of years of experience in Solace / Advanced Event Mesh
Solid working knowledge of different Integration patterns. Hands-on experience in setting up pub-sub cloud / pub-sub on premise / event mesh at least in 1 customer place / enterprise-scaled project.
Worked in a Hybrid Integration Platform and nice to have some knowledge of one of the IPaaS platforms
Experience and expertise in delivering integration solutions based on the event-driven technologies
Knowledge of Advanced Event Mesh (Cloud offering from SAP)
Able to mentor developers for the best practices in Solace integration design and development
Understanding of the Event Broker / Advanced messaging architecture
Knowledge about setting up best practices, technical guidelines, and standards for the integration platform
Own detailed technical design and ensure high performing, and scalable interfaces are delivered
Experiencing reviewing and recommending improvements in the existing event-driven architecture
Work with the Integration platform team for enhancing the platform’s capabilities
Experience in gathering detailed requirements and technical design activities for Event Broker/Advanced messaging.
Ensure the right usage of the CI/CD framework for better productivity and resilience of event-driven solutions
Experience with implementing Solace
Certification is a plus, but the experience is best
Defining and utilizing best practices for event-driven architecture
Help drive workshops for Integration Strategies with a focus on Event-Driven Architecture
To ensure enablement and involve others later on with this
Development Experience
To ensure the lead developer can develop
Good communication skills preferably in English.
