Job description

This is a unique opportunity for Senior Salesforce Developer to become a part of a world-class team of professionals of a leading Finnish company which delivers next generation cloud based communication solutions. That help organizations to increase their customer satisfaction, enhance efficiency, improve productivity and lower the costs of their enterprise communications. Working alongside with Microsoft Office 365 and Skype for Business solutions replace the traditional PBX and contact center software and unify all communication channels of an organization into one single platform, turning enterprise communications into a key business driver instead of a cost factor.

MISSION:
  • As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions;
  • Implement business logic and integration services as defined by the client;
  • Closely collaborate with team of front-end and back-end developers on technical decisions;
  • Estimate development tasks during discovery, scoping, planning and development stages;
  • Make recommendations on how to improve development processes;
  • You will be in direct contact with our customer in Finland.

REQUIREMENTS:
We expect You to have:
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem – sales cloud and service cloud;
  • Good knowledge of different development models – at least SOAP Api, APEX and Lightning as well as some experience on Salesforce admin tasks (installing and updating created components/customizations);
  • Passion for people and technology;
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken);
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
 
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and web services;
  • Understanding of Omni-channel would be a great plus.
