Job description

Semantic Intelligent Technologies (SiTech) was established in 2009 in Amman, Jordan. Requirements:

3+ years of real-world experience developing and deploying software
good knowledge of Python/PHP programming language
good knowledge of Django or fast ability to learn it
good understanding of client-side scripting and JS frameworks
have knowledge about Docker / Cloud providers
have knowledge about CI/CD
understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile vs desktop), and optimizing output to match the specific platform
creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests

Responsibilities:

design, deliver and support high-quality, highly usable, working Python applications
implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application
building reusable code and libraries for future use
work on a highly Agile, engaged and motivated development team
conduct test to verify the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of software components, troubleshoot and resolve problems as necessary
assist in the development of standards, methodology and repeatable processes
introduces cutting-edge technologies to the team and to the product, and implements them into the mainline of development
collaborating closely with architecture, UX/UI to deliver highest quality products
integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application
participate in the company’s workshops and events
