SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant

For our client we are looking for specialists for the position of:

🚀 SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant 🚀

If you are a dynamic person who is interested in the development and maintenance of applications, and additionally you can boast:

• a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with the SAP Analytics Cloud system from a technical and functional perspective
• the ability to design and implement new planning and reporting solutions in SAC (stories, data actions, models, master data objects)
• experience in providing support and guidance to end users (L2 support)
• experience in SAC administration (user access maintenance, creation of new roles)
• scripting knowledge to maintain and develop new functionalities in SAC
• fluency in English (knowledge of German and Polish is an additional advantage)

Your responsibilities will include:

• developing new planning and reporting solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• providing SAC support to users globally
• handling incidents, changes, and service requests in Service Now
• ensuring the smooth operation of SAP Analytics Cloud applications (reports, planning templates) for end users
• automating processes and continuous improvement initiatives in SAC
• collaborating with global and business process owners to understand their needs, identify gaps, continuously improve effectiveness, prioritize requirements and issues within SAP FP&A processes
• creating high-quality solution documentation, including functional specifications
• supporting users with testing new solutions and preparing transports between SAC environments
• configuring/building SAC solutions
• participating in design discussions with clients and leading discussions on design and processes (requirements gathering)
• detailing the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution
• responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support
• being an expert in SAP S/4HANA FP&A and integrated modules/products (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori apps & reports, SAP MDG)
