Key Responsibilities:

• Get cozy with sales teams to define EDI's role in our clients commercial strategy.
• Lead the charge in reviewing EDI integrations and other order placement methods.
• Take the reins in selecting EDI vendors and technologies for the Group.
• Own the shape, functionalities, and processes of EDI application.
• Guide the transition to automated systems with finesse and minimal disruptions.
• Be the guru of onboarding, ensuring EDI integrations meet market standards.
• Dive deep into root causes of manual interventions and propose solutions.
• Create docs, manuals, and be the go-to support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep the feedback loop alive and kicking for continuous improvement.
• Stay in the know about emerging trends and innovations in the EDI world.
• Foster synergy between eB2B Platform, SFA tool, and EDI applications.

Required Skills:

• A knack for managing and implementing EDI systems in a global setting.
• Deep understanding of EDI configurations, messages delivery, and best practices.
