As a Lead Software Engineer specializing in C# development, you will have a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and play a crucial role in supporting the development of multiple C #- based products essential for SimCorp Cloud transformation.
What you will be responsible for:
- Setting up engineering standards inside your team and continuously improving it
- Applying your experiences to all stages of the development lifecycle, including review of user stories, development, design, code reviews, and setting up automated test solutions and CI/CD pipelines
- Supporting, coaching, and nurturing engineers to cultivate a proficient, consistent, and effective team; leading and guiding your scrum team
- Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of tasks, present new features, and address client-reported bugs
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Your qualifications:
- Minimum nine years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET with at least two years leading development teams as Team-Lead/Tech-Lead
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Good programming skills (C#/.NET) and knowledge of modern software design practices, patterns, and principles and proven ability to use them in practice
- Vast experience in Azure Cloud technologies
- Proven experience with source code control systems, build and deployment tools
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Diverse experience in contributing to test strategy, test planning, test case design, and execution
- Hands-on experience doing peer reviews and utilizing code quality tools like SonarQube
