Job description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Leader to manage projects from the automotive area. Ideally that would be a forward-thinking and meticulous person with strong communication skills and experience in running & delivering projects in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate, track and execute actions required for the successful project delivery
- Team leadership and personnel management
- Operate & communicate between multiple teams
- Estimate, allocate and track project budget
- Facilitate communication with the Customer and within the team
- Manage scope & changes, gather requirements, balance priorities
- Track the timeline and milestone deliverables
- Track progress
- Remove impediments
- Integrate the project team
- Cooperate with the stakeholders (management/executive team) on both sides (in-house & Customer), provide accurate project status
The successful candidate must have:
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- Technical IT background
- Experience in Agile project leadership
- "Can do" attitude – a lot of it!
- Personal charisma and cheerful attitude
- Proven track of delivered projects
- Ability to work in self-management environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent English communication with other teams/customers - written and spoken
- Ability to travel abroad 1 week/month
