As a UX/UI Designer you will join one of our Competency Centers - Digital. This department implements web and mobile projects for Polish and foreign clients. In the UI/UX area, we build strategies, conduct user research, and design experiences, and interfaces. You will work based on Agile methodologies, using modern tools and technologies.

Your skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Proven day-to-day experience with Figma and Photoshop
• Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with Axure, or other design tools
• Experience in usability research
• Knowledge of user-oriented design rules
• Deep understanding of the principles of responsive design and UX/UI design best practices
• Ability to understand business requirements and to translate them into design proposals
• Proficiency in making hypotheses, asking questions, and leading discussions
• Willingness to support other team members with your knowledge, skills, and expertise
• Excellent communication skills
• A portfolio showing the created UX and UI solutions
• Proficiency in making hypotheses, asking questions, and leading discussions

Your role

• Designing information architecture and interfaces for web services and mobile apps  
• Creating clickable high-fidelity and low-fidelity mockups
• Leading workshops with customers
• Cooperating with the Graphic Designers and Front-end Developers – supervising the vision implementation
• Conducting user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and pain points to create proper user flows and wireframes
• Organizing content and displaying information logically and intuitively to create a conceptual model
• Justifying proposed solutions by providing proof of best practices
• Providing wireframes based on requirements and industry best practices - UX design
• Creating in visual interface according to the ABB design system - UI design
• Designing user interactions within the provided solutions
• Provide weekly status reports of activities/developments completed
