Do you want to be a tester working for one of the biggest food processing companies or the largest producer of organic products? How about testing in various sectors like payment, identification technology, access control or hotel security automation? We also have projects in the pharma sector in case you're into the novelties, clinical trials and new diagnostic tools. Any of those sound interesting?
Tasks:
- Coordinate the team of testers who both support testers in business, analyze test results and carry out testing themselves
- Be the primary responsible for the quality of the tests
- Coordinate team tasks to ensure that they take place in due time
- Keep an overview of the progress of the different tests and ensure that they are progressing
- Communicate with testers on progress, test results, etc.
- Ensure the quality of the tests by following up on test results
- Ensure that test cases are updated to reflect changes carried out by the migration team
- Understand the aim of the test and the technical solution to spot gaps, issues in the test and support the test and migration team
Required skills:
- First of all, it is important to be a good coordinator that can overview all the different tasks and ensure they are carried out in due time
- Advanced English speaker
- IT technical understanding (Eg. SAP, Data migration)
- Test experience
- Excellent people skills
