Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / ITBM(PPM) modules.
You will join the team working with many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Your tasks:
You will be responsible for customization and improvement of the ServiceNow platform including:
Analyzing development requirements
Creation and maintenance of existing documentation
Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
Participation in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
Performing platform upgrades including skipped records review
Ensure ServiceNow development practices align with existing internal development team standards
Performance of the administration duties, the configuration of the tasks, and general housekeeping activities in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
Raise opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
Scripting in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
Flow/Workflow creation and customization
Portals and widgets creation and modification
Dashboards set up with reporting capabilities
Integrations with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
Technical solution validation before deployment
Help and mentor less experienced team members
Who we're looking for?
Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Experience in core ServiceNow modules like - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
A methodical and focused approach to work
Good analytical and communication skills
Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset
