Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and ITBM(PPM) modules.
You will join the team working with many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Your tasks:
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Supporting the creation of technical offers and projects estimations
- Defining optimal technological solutions
- Predicting and reporting project technical risks
- Preparing presentations and documentation including functional projects, technical specifications, integration specifications
- Supporting defining ServiceNow services development strategy
Who we're looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Very good understanding of ServiceNow Platform architecture and products
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in ServiceNow implementations
- Proven hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules (minimum of three different modules)
- Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation
- Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools
- Knowledge of project methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile)
- Thorough understanding of ITIL
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and cooperation skills with both technical and non-technical people on different levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
- Nice to have at least one of the ServiceNow certificates: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
