Job description
Agile & Atlassian Competence Center is looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Project is for a Danish Copenhagen based media company, that owns a large number of newspapers, in addition to websites and radio stations. The delivered solution is highly scalable and handles the load of millions of users a day including huge spikes in additional traffic over specific times of the day. Based on positive feedback, Business Owners of other Client's brands decided to migrate to a new platform.
The challenges waiting for you:
- The main role is to take care of the proper Scrum implementation in Scrum Team
- Direct work with delivery teams, managers, end users and all other stakeholders
- Daily communication with Product Owner located in Copenhagen (communication language: English)
- Helping PO with proper requirements definition (connecting business needs and developers language)
- Understanding the planning role of the Scrum and implementing it in the product development lifecycle
- Supporting development teams (up to two) located in Gdańsk
- Coaching, mentoring, training
- Organization transformation, processes optimization, taking care of the proper implementation of Agile approach
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach
- Very good English in both spoken and written
- Experience in software development in any role
- Good knowledge and experience in Agile methods, frameworks, techniques
- Knowledge of Agile and lean processes and methodologies
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- At least one Certificate (PSM I, PRINCE2, AgilePM)
- Willingness to travel 1-2 days per month to Copenhagen
