Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/x)

You will join a centralized Salesforce platform team responsible for governing and evolving Salesforce as a strategic enterprise system. In this role, you will connect business requirements, data insights, and platform capabilities, preparing initiatives from early discovery through delivery while maintaining stability and data quality. We’re looking for people who are open to working from the office two days per week.

Your tasks

• Conduct business analysis to define requirements, scope, and impacts of new initiatives, translating them into clear input for platform and development teams

• Analyse Salesforce production data, address data quality issues, and perform accurate data‑merging activities

• Support initiative planning, validation, and operational tasks requiring analytical expertise

• Contribute to platform governance, documentation, and continuous improvement across the centralized Salesforce environment

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business and IT

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce production data

• Strong background in Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis

• Hands‑on experience with data merging and data quality activities in Salesforce

• Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and platform concepts

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Good command of English

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
