Your tasks

• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, release management, and change management processes

• Manage configuration in Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Connect with CRM systems, especially connecting Marketing Cloud with a Sales Cloud sandbox

• Develop and maintain marketing functionalities using AMPscript, Content Builder, SQL, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Landing pages, Journey Builder, and Twilio for sending SMS and WhatsApp

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to implement effective marketing strategies

• Apply implementation methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM to enhance project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript)

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and ecosystem, including key modules and their practical application in marketing processes

• Hands-on experience with AMPscript and SQL in the context of building and maintaining marketing solutions

• Knowledge of core concepts related to Marketing Cloud setup, configuration, and its integration with CRM systems, especially real-time journeys triggered from Sales Cloud

• Curiosity about technology trends, Salesforce Marketing Cloud developments, and the role of AI in email marketing to drive innovation

• Excellent English skills, allowing for effective communication in an international environment

• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies

• Knowledge of French
