Job description
We are looking for a Network Engineer who will have an impact on the development of one of the largest loyalty programs. The person in this position needs to improve the setup of roles and responsibilities as well as the service and process agreements between all the stakeholder groups from a technical perspective.
By providing excellent technical solutions with great quality, you will be able to run technical Service Management between the company's teams.
Your role
- Managing and administrating technical Partners and Service
- Supporting the Network, VM Cluster, and Red Hat OpenShift
- Campaign supporting (as a network operator)
- Supporting technical issues critical for a campaign delivery
Your skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar position
- Experience in LAN, WAN, VPN, network security, and cloud services
- Understanding of Container Platforms, ideally with Red Hat Openshift
- Understanding of virtualization, especially VM Clusters
- Experience in platform ownership, including Service Management
- Experience in supporting Structures and Processes for 24x7 support
- Very good English skills
