We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join a team working for a leading e-payment services provider. Products, that we build, process millions of transactions every day, ranging from solutions like Visa, Master Card, Pay Pal to country specific payment methods.
You will be responsible for a team working on software systems that provide online credit card payment solutions, establishing connections to the acquirers on a global scale. You will be working in a 6-person team. The methodology will be Agile DevOps model.

Responsibilities:
- Application/architecture design
- Technology evaluation
- Substantive suport of your team
- Acting as a Scrum Master of your team
- Analyzing, developing, coding software solutions in order to improve customer’s core business processes
- Problem solving or assisting in problem solving
- Assuring code quality and adherence to coding standards in projects
- Cooperating with global staff to better understand Customer's requirements and needs
- Proactively suggesting improvements to existing functionalities
Required skills:
- At least 4 years of working experience in complex environments on a similar position, working with Java
- Experience as a Team Leader/ Tech Leader will be a plus
- Willingness to work as a Team Leader in terms of technical support and Scrum process support
- Experience in building web services using REST, Swagger, AWS
- Knowledge of any CI/CD tool (Jenkins or Bamboo or similar)
- Experience with GIT (GitLab or Bitbucket)
- Experience with SQL and Oracle
- Knowledge of Spring or SpringBoot
- Good knowledge of Linux (RedHat 7)
- Experience working in a DevOps environment is considered an advantage
