We are looking for Product Lifecycle Management Consultant / Senior Technical Project Manager with a knack for technical leadership. 

Our client, a global pioneer in outdoor products for forest, park, and garden care, as well as equipment for the light construction industry, presents a unique opportunity for you to contribute to solutions that resonate globally.

Join us in driving the PLM program forward, one of the cornerstone initiatives. The role of a Senior Technical Project Manager is critical for its success.The dedicated team is ready to support you, and there's a solid foundation in place to build upon.

Your responsibilities will involve liaising with the business to gather requirements, overseeing project managers handling data migration and business change, and ensuring smooth coordination within our team of approximately 150-200 individuals, including consultants and employees. Given the international scope of our team, prior experience in global environments is essential for thriving in this role.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role;
• Previous PLM knowledge, advantageous within Siemens Teams Center;
• Understand technical setups and infrastructure;
• Experience as an SAFe/Agile coach and know how to guide projects effectively. It's great if you've also worked in traditional project management before;
• Familiar with Azure DevOps;
• Value teamwork and collaboration;
• Exceeding communications skills;
• Excellent English skills, around C1-C2 level,
• Living in Poland.
