We are looking for Quality Engineering Lead.

YOU will lead the validation and testing activities related to the upgrades of product: a clinical trial solution. Working closely with the Study Upgrades team and the BA team, the Quality Engineering Lead analyses the upgrade scope and its impact on live studies, defines upgrade test coverage, and ensures the overall quality of upgrades. Additionally, the Quality Engineering Lead leads the process and workflow improvements to enable scalability and support a growing number of clinical trials.

About the product:

•     The solution consolidates various clinical trial activities into one platform, reducing the complexity of managing multiple systems and devices.
•     The platform leverages AI and machine learning to optimize study design and operational efficiency.
•     The product is designed to support large-scale global trials with customizable modules tailored to specific therapeutic areas such as oncology, cardiovascular, and respiratory diseases. 

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract:

• UoP: 18 000 – 24 000 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 130 – 180 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you:

• Bring 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Are open to the hybrid work model: preferably 3 days in the office (Warsaw, near Służewiec)
• Hold a degree in a relevant field or have formal certification in quality assurance.
• Are familiar with test management tools like XRay, and have experience with defect tracking systems.
• Communicate effortlessly and work well with both technical and non-technical teams, leading by example.
• Love mentoring—you're great at coaching team members, helping them grow, and ensuring top-notch quality in deliverables.
• Have hands-on experience with mobile testing, HTTP Proxy Tools, and integration/web services testing.
• Excel at task management and know how to prioritize to keep projects on track.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences, especially if you’ve worked on clinical trials.
• Global perspective—you’ve worked in large, complex organizations with international reach.
• Knowledge of regulated environments—GxP/SaMD experience would be fantastic.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools—and maybe even a bit of experience in supporting automation tests.
