We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive validation and testing activities for a cutting-edge clinical trial solution.     Responsibilities:


    • Lead QA Efforts: Oversee the quality assurance of clinical studies during the onboarding phase, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet all specified requirements.
    • Team Leadership: Act as the key point of contact for study validation and testing, supporting the Study Onboarding team and optimizing the QA process to ensure smooth releases.
    • Impact Assessment: Analyze study specifications and configuration changes to define test coverage and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Product Validation: Plan and execute test cases, overseeing the testing process to ensure the functionality and quality of the clinical trial solution.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to study upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and deliverables.
    • Defect Management: Track, manage, and resolve defects found during testing, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
    • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all QA activities, including test plans, reports, and compliance documents to meet audit requirements.
    • Process Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance and streamline future Configuration Verification and Test activities for clinical study upgrades.


    We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract:


    • UoP: 18 000 – 24 000 PLN gross/month
    • B2B: 130 – 180 PLN net/hour + VAT


    You might be the perfect match if you are/have:


    • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 2 years in a leadership role;
    • Solid understanding of quality assurance theory, terminology, and strategies;
    • Openness to a hybrid working model: preferably 3 days in the office (Warsaw, near Służewiec);
    • Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution;
    • Experience with test management tools and systems such as Xra and defect tracking systems;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and 
    • collaborate with cross-functional teams both technical and non-technical;
    • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members, providing guidance and support to ensure quality deliverables;
    • Mobile testing experience;
    • Experience in working with HTTP Proxy Tool;
    • Experience in integration and web-services testing.


    Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:


    • Experience from Healthcare and Life Sciences, preferably with clinical trials;
    • Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context;
    • Experience of working in a regulated environment, ideally, GxP/SaMD experience;
    • Knowledge of automation testing tools and experience supporting automation tests.
