Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our BI team to support a leading Swedish automotive client, with a particular focus on working with their HR department. You'll play a key role in driving our BI capabilities, with a focus on visualizations, tabular modelling and PowerBI report development. As our client moves to the cloud, you'll have the opportunity to expand into data warehousing (Snowflake) and ETL processes (Matillion).

In this role, you'll work closely with business users, internal stakeholders and HR professionals within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for creating insightful reports and interactive dashboards from a variety of data sources to meet the evolving needs of our client's HR operations.

This role offers plenty of scope for personal and professional growth within the BI space. We value team players who can drive improvements, communicate effectively and adapt to different situations. Fluency in English is essential, as is the ability to understand and analyze client requirements.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 4+ years of professional experience with Power BI development and support;
• Have good knowledge of requirements collection for reporting application;
• 2+ years of exposure to cloud solutions (pref. AWS)
• Advanced skills in SQL programming and adeptness with relational database operations;
• Deep understanding of dimensional modelling as well as the practices of data retrieval and storage;
• Proficiency in high-code and low-code ETL environments;
• Basic knowledge of GIT operations, including code branching and pushing/pulling code through TFS & GIT;
• Communication is one of your key strengths!
• Fluent English proficiency, facilitating seamless communication with international stakeholders;
• Residency in Poland, easing administrative processes and facilitating occasional team meetings.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• You have experience from HR domain;
• Experience and enjoyment of Agile methods and DevOps to deliver value continuously;
• Academic degree in computer science or equivalent.
