In the role of Delivery Manager you will lead a consultancy unit. You will be responsible for people & delivery management. You will report directly to Business Unit Manager. On the daily basis, you will deal with the recruitment, training, and performance management of your team. You will be also engaged in boosting and maintaining relationships with customers. Acting as an account manager you will reply to customer requests in collaboration with sales and business development teams. You will be accountable for the division's financial performance and achieving company-wide goals. Your competencies will help to support Sigma in defining the business development line.
You might be the perfect match if you have:
- Experience in managing software delivery teams;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- People management experience as Line Manager, Project Manager or in a similar role;
- Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:
- Software engineering background;
- Experience in managing teams and projects utilizing cloud services (Azure, AWS).
