We are looking for a person who:
- Has management skills
- Has experience in managing projects and people in the same time
- Enjoys working with people
- Has good task management skills
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is creative with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Can disseminate technical and business information in English
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in managing full life cycle of IT projects
- Have practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and requirements gathering
- Want to be not only a project manager but also a team manager
- Are able to provide specific and valuable feedback
- Can influence, motivate and empathize with others
- Are able to envisage possible problems and implement solutions
Extra points for:
- Experience in Atlassian Jira
- Management/ Economic background or Certificates (PMBOK/ IPMA /PRINCE2)
