Online interview
In our Service and Operations department in Wrocław, we employ the best IT specialists to create innovative solutions for our partners. The AX4 logistics platform enables our clients to control and monitor complex logistics processes. This platform, which runs in in the cloud, is used by leading companies in many industries, including BMW, Audi, Ford, Porsche, DHL, Schenker, and BASF. Your responsibilities:



  • prioritization and categorization of incoming customer incidents via various communication channels according to the type and urgency of the problem
  • working with knowledge base and other company processes
  • classifying customer incidents according to subject
  • overseeing internal system monitoring and evaluate system anomalies
  • participating in the escalation process
  • documenting recurring customer processes and incidents in the company knowledge base
  • handling routine changes and simple recurring customer requests
  • working in accordance with predefined service level agreements (OLA & SLA) and monitoring compliance
  • working hours: 8 hours per day between 7:30-18:00, only during business days: Mondays - Fridays

Our expectations:



  • impeccable customer communication on written and verbal level
  • a minimum of Level B2 in English or proper equivalent

Preferred skills:



  • basic knowledge of logistic processes
  • creating simple database queries using SQL
  • general understanding of programming code
  • Level B1 in German or proper equivalent
