About the position
As a Showpad QA Engineer, you’ll play an essential role in Showpad as you’ll be one of its quality pillars. Having you on board will help us expand our international QA organization. Together we'll pave the road towards perfect agile cross-team streamlined & analyzed specifications, making sure our great product gets verified ( in an automatic/manual way ) and delivered in-time. With your help we will be able to make a better product and make the end user-experience of our customers even greater!
Key responsibilities as a QA engineer at Showpad
Sweep internal specifications for any kind of unclarity
Sweep internal specifications for any kind of unclarity
- Discuss and process your concerns cross-team
- Ensure our newly developed features are matching the expected
- Document and automate your testing artefacts
- Be the crucial link between our Engineering, Product and Customer Success Team
- Be a detective on customer reported defects in order to refine your testing artefacts
- Live and breathe "Quality is a never-ending process of improvement!"
- You will do research and development by experimenting with and implementing the latest technologies in one of the most faced-paced areas in software engineering
Skills and Qualifications we are looking for
- At least two years experience in (mobile) software testing/QA.
- Experience with Test Management and Bug Tracking Tools (TestRail, Jira, …)
- Excellent software test analytical skills in a mobile and/or web-testing world
- A good knowledge of software test automation is a must (Selenium)
- Expertise in mobile test automation a nice to have
- Experience with python or any other scripting language would be superb
- Good knowledge of various mobile OS & browser platforms
- Awesome teamplayer skills
- Good communication skills
- Passion for life and the Showpad product
