Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Implementation Manager at Shortlist, you will lead a team of implementation managers who act as a conduit between the company and our clients. This role is responsible for interfacing with external clients and customers throughout the lifecycle of implementing our product and services into their business operations.

You and your team will manage the transition process from a client’s existing tools and technologies to Shortlist by coordinating with internal teams within our company such as product and customer success, as well as with the business owners and clients to help identify their needs and successfully configure our tools and services to ensure a successful migration to our products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of product offerings, operations, and current support roadmaps and procedures
  • Lead Implementation Managers to proactively anticipate and mitigate implementation challenges of Shortlist customers
  • Maintain expert knowledge of APIs and general system capabilities
  • Provide exemplary client support when conducting implementation exercises
  • Evaluate multiple customers' operations, needs and business processes in order to best pair them with Shortlist’ tools and services
  • Manage deployment at all phases of the customer lifecycle
  • Coach and train customers on how to use the Shortlist Platform efficiently through individual sessions, demos, or support calls
  • Research, resolve and respond to end-user issues during the implementation phase by working directly with the internal product support team and the client
  • Assist the overall team and organization by helping to maintain documentation providing guidelines and procedures needed to successfully complete job tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Secondary Responsibilities:
 
  • Successfully communicate within the overall product support team and other teams within the organization
  • Prioritize and manage projects appropriately
  • Attend and participate in scheduled meetings as it related to new product updates and operations
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team member as needed while maintaining a positive rapport with clients
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • We work in an international environment, your customers will be mostly based in the US, UK, France or Australia so we expect you are fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Success in a previous client-facing role
  • Previous aligned experience implementing software/SaaS
  • Technical background preferred- working within a SaaS or other software/program-based organization
  • Organized and able to prioritize effectively
