Digital Marketing Sales Representative with Czech or Slovak and English (m/f/n)

For our client we are looking for Digital Marketing Sales Representative with knowledge of Czech or Slovak and English.

• Start date: 01.05

• Hybrid set-up: 3 days in office (Cracow), 2 days at home

• Salary: 9 500 PLN gross/month + monthly bonus and quarterly bonus (depending on many KPIs and SL's)

In this role, you’ll work effectively to service, enhance, and build relationships with current and future customers. Focused on achieving revenue quotas, you’ll provide professional customer service to commercial, public sector, or consumer customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

• Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts

• Contact existing customers in your portfolio for a consultation

• Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets along with being a part of a larger sales team while increasing the customer base

• Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies

• Navigate the client so they can implement campaign suggestions

• Build a strong and trusting relationship with the client by optimizing their accounts using your analytical skills while increasing program revenue

• Meet your personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team player contributing to the overall team sales targets

• You'll report to the operations manager. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• Verbal and written bilingual proficiency in both Czech or Slovak (minimum B2+/C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)

• Sales aptitude

• Goal orientation

• Computer savvy

• Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area
