    • have a Kaizen mindset and believe continuous improvement is not a job but a habit
    • present excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of successful collaboration with senior managers, including status, roadmap and long-term strategy presentations
    • understand the modern approach to software engineering (you should be familiar with concepts like continuous delivery, domain-driven design, event storming, event-driven architecture, but do not have to be an expert)
    • value-based leadership is not a slogan for you, but a practical way of working
    • have excellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1+)
    • want to ship Great Software that makes a difference

As a part of the team you will:

    • lead the team towards successful project delivery by connecting the business and tech worlds
    • be a role model and a servant leader for the team with an org-wide perspective
    • manage projects, get the high-level forecasts right, build a solid plan and remove roadblocks on the way
    • manage and nurture good relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strong partner that ensures business needs are met
    • collaborate with client’s Delivery Managers on business priorities negotiation and high-level project planning
    • identify, communicate and mitigate project risks, navigate ambiguity and set a clear vision
    • create outstanding and meaningful delivery reports
    • facilitate effective meetings and cultivate continuous improvement in the team
    • capture meaningful team metrics that help the team maintain high throughput, optimise internal processes, and make data-driven decisions
