Machine Learning Engineer

This offer is for you if:

• have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a software engineering team
• are well organised and have excellent communication and team skills
• have experience developing and shipping ML applications to production end-to-end
• have extensive experience a strong command of SQL
• have 3+ years of professional experience with Python
• are experienced in writing critical production code and working with microservices
• are passionate about fast-moving developments in Machine Learning and want to try out those ideas in a real business environment
• have experience working with the AWS SageMaker, or similar services (would be a plus)
• want to work with modern software engineering techniques such as continuous delivery, data mesh, domain-driven design, event storming, event-driven architecture
• you are comfortable working in a cross-functional team and communicating about your work to technical and non-technical colleagues
• have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• want to ship Great Software that makes a difference

As a part of the team you will:

• tune and deploy advanced AI and Machine Learning models to tackle real business problems
• work with Data Scientists to ensure ML models are production ready with high code quality standards
• design and develop new ML applications, use cases and techniques which will act as a meaningful competitive business differentiator for the company
• tune data platform run-times to ensure runtime SLA's are consistently being met
• implement and enhance testing strategy to ensure ML pipelines are robust
