Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who wants to join an outstanding engineering team that will build spikes and develop new products in the insurance sector and utilise the latest technology trends such as GenAI.

This offer is for you if you:

• have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a software engineering team
• have experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• have experience working on both backend and frontend
• can evaluate ideas quickly
• think that language is just a tool - you are happy to write code in JS, TS, Python, Java - whatever suits the current project
• are very well organised and have excellent communication and team skills
• have very good English skills, both written and spoken
• have a Kaizen mindset and believe continuous improvement is not a job but a habit
• want to ship Great Software that makes a difference
• (bonus) have experience with ML and/or GenAI

As a part of the team you will:

• design and build proof of concepts of new products in the insurance sector
• work with frontend, backend, mobile apps
• utilise the latest technology trends such as GenAI
• demo new solutions to potential customers
